Another quick update because I'm tired as hell after being at the beach all day with the kids and then running 6 miles.
Another awesome week of running is in the books. I squeezed in 3 runs (2, 4 and 6 miles), and today's run was just as great as last week's 6 miler! I felt like I could have gone 8-9 miles tonight, but stuck to the plan because the plan seems to be working.
My sister posted a comment on my last blog entry that she's going to run another half marathon on September 29th, so I decided I want to run that one with her too! I'm right on target with my training right now, so I really won't have to change anything. I'll be following THIS 9 WEEK PLAN which "officially" starts tomorrow. Thanks for the motivation Sis!
I am also happy to report that I made it to the pool twice last week. Of course, I'd be embarrassed for any of you to see me swim, because I'm like a rock with arms and legs, but this too shall be easier as time goes on. It will, right?
And with 3 runs and 2 swims last week, when the hell was I supposed to bike? I don't know how you triathletes do it. I can't even find the time to train properly for a sprint. I'll figure something out, though, because the Devil's challenge is only about 7 weeks away.

Glad YOU have been keeping up with your running. I did 6 this weekend and I was pretty tired. I've got some building to do in the next 9 weeks.
