Just a quick update to note that I ran for the first time today, one week after my half marathon. I did an easy two miles in just under 20:00, and all the same stuff still hurt, just not as bad. My left calf and my right knee both hurt while I was running, and my right groin hurt after I stopped.
I'm sure I'll be fine, and I'll be trying to get about 9-10 miles in this week, and I should probably log some miles on the bike too.
Still no decisions on my next accomplishment. I'll come up with something. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions you've made so far.
