I haven't run in 3 weeks due to back problems following the Ragnar Relay. After lots of rest and a few chiropractic visits, I think I'm ready to get back into it. Of course, with no specific race plans it will be tough to motivate myself, so I've decided to set a goal to lose 22 lbs in the next 8 months! (The original goal was 28, but I've already lost 6 in the first 2 weeks.) Yeah, it's a lot, but I'm that much overweight, and I'm sure it will be easier to run faster and longer if I'm 22 lbs lighter.
We picked up a Wii Fit, which tells me my Wii Fit Age is 46, which is not good since I"m actually only 40. I'll be working the Wii Fit into my exercise plan as well as making more regular visits to the YMCA for cross training (swimming, weights, etc).
Now I'm just trying to figure out where I want to track my progress. FitDay.com? Traineo.com? Active.com? BeginnerTriathlete.com? DailyMile.com? BuckeyeOutdoors.com? So many choices...

I use Fitday to track my information. I have heard good things about thedailyplate.com
Colin, I hope your back is feeling better.
I like using BT to track my exercise.
Congratulations on setting your next goal, Collin! I look forward to hearing about successes as you progress.
Congrats!
I've tried them all and dailymile is by-far the best.
I loooove fitday to track what I eat...but I track my running using Breaking The Tape. Just so I can post the results of my hard work on my blog's sidebar. :) Granted...it's only been updated once since Grandma's marathon. I better get on that.
